After forming her first band Sham-rock in 2005 covering a wide range of rock classics (Queen, Fleetwood Mac, Pretenders etc)  Amelinde, – this highly talented lead vocalist  has  noticed a gap in the market for a party band covering young current chart music. She therefore decided that after 5 years of mixing in the music circle and getting to know some of the best musicians on the coast, she could easily create a New Band ….Well, easily but with a lot of hard work and dedication. Soon after Amelinde’s new band was born they became popular with Wedding clients and the THE Q Party Band is now performing at many Private and Corporate events.
